1. Lab Testing

In order to fully assess your current health, we begin with a comprehensive diagnostic blood or urine screen. This gives our medical staff insight into crucial aspects of your health and allows us to locate deficiencies and determine their causes. Equipped with this data, we can begin to develop treatments for your specific health needs.

2. Evaluation

After an extensive review of your bloodwork, our clinical team meets with you to conduct a physical exam and assess your health concerns, goals, and current lifestyle. The blood panels, exam, and consultation provide us with the data we need to create your Vita-ID and address your personal health goals. Our comprehensive approach allows us the insight needed to revitalize your life.

3. Execution

We offer in-office, personalized procedures and customized medications to give you more energy, decrease stress, and detoxify your body. Using your Vita-ID as a guide, our medical team can address your unique health needs to increase your vitality and rejuvenate your life. Unlike some general practitioners, we do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all solution to your overall health needs

4. Follow Up

At Aqua Vitae your in-office consultation and treatments are just the start of your overall optimization. You will be assigned a Patient Advocate whose sole task is to guide you through this transformation. Your Vita-ID will lay out detailed instructions that accompany your individualized plan, and your Patient Advocate will follow up to help you stay on track.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My experience started out positively, and the staff was pleasant in the beginning. Unfortunately, my experience became very frustrating due to a lack of organization and communication regarding medication orders and billing.

When I called to cancel my treatment because I needed to address some health concerns with another type of provider, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from Ashley. While I was explaining my concerns about what I received from the pharmacy compared to what I paid, I was told that I was “repeating myself.” Regardless of whether a question has been asked before, that is not an appropriate or professional way to speak to a customer who is trying to understand what they paid for and what they actually received.

I also never received the quantity/dosage of medication that I was told I would receive from the beginning. I was then told that they “usually don't have people cancel,” which was completely unnecessary. When someone is dealing with health concerns and decides they need to see a different type of healthcare provider, they should not be made to feel questioned or criticized for that decision.

My concern was legitimate. The program requires a lump-sum payment upfront (which I had no problem with) that covers two months, yet I did not receive one of the medications in a quantity that covered two months. I was simply trying to understand what I had paid for, what medications I actually received, and what I was being charged for—especially since one medication was provided for three months and was then  going to be stopped.  I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be charged going further.

This was not about being difficult or refusing to cooperate. It was about asking reasonable questions concerning my health, my medications, and my money. When a service is expensive, customers have every right to expect clear communication, accurate medication fulfillment, and respectful treatment.

I would strongly encourage this company to improve its organization, communication, medication-ordering process, and customer service. No customer should be made to feel like they are a problem simply because they ask questions or decide that a different healthcare provider is more appropriate for their situation.

How much does Botox cost?

There are several factors that influence the cost of Botox treatments, including:

- The Treatment Area
  The more areas you want to be treated, the more expensive the treatment will be.
- The Size of the Treatment Area
  Some areas may require more units of Botox than others. For example, armpits may require more units than laugh lines.
- The Treatment Dosage Required
  If the extent of your wrinkles (or otherwise desired treatment) is severe, more units of Botox may be needed, increasing the cost.

What areas can be treated with Botox?
