My experience started out positively, and the staff was pleasant in the beginning. Unfortunately, my experience became very frustrating due to a lack of organization and communication regarding medication orders and billing.

When I called to cancel my treatment because I needed to address some health concerns with another type of provider, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from Ashley. While I was explaining my concerns about what I received from the pharmacy compared to what I paid, I was told that I was “repeating myself.” Regardless of whether a question has been asked before, that is not an appropriate or professional way to speak to a customer who is trying to understand what they paid for and what they actually received.

I also never received the quantity/dosage of medication that I was told I would receive from the beginning. I was then told that they “usually don't have people cancel,” which was completely unnecessary. When someone is dealing with health concerns and decides they need to see a different type of healthcare provider, they should not be made to feel questioned or criticized for that decision.

My concern was legitimate. The program requires a lump-sum payment upfront (which I had no problem with) that covers two months, yet I did not receive one of the medications in a quantity that covered two months. I was simply trying to understand what I had paid for, what medications I actually received, and what I was being charged for—especially since one medication was provided for three months and was then  going to be stopped.  I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be charged going further.

This was not about being difficult or refusing to cooperate. It was about asking reasonable questions concerning my health, my medications, and my money. When a service is expensive, customers have every right to expect clear communication, accurate medication fulfillment, and respectful treatment.

I would strongly encourage this company to improve its organization, communication, medication-ordering process, and customer service. No customer should be made to feel like they are a problem simply because they ask questions or decide that a different healthcare provider is more appropriate for their situation.
