2. Evaluation

After an extensive review of your bloodwork, our clinical team meets with you to conduct a physical exam and assess your health concerns, goals, and current lifestyle. The blood panels, exam, and consultation provide us with the data we need to create your Vita-ID and address your personal health goals. Our comprehensive approach allows us the insight needed to revitalize your life.

3. Execution

We offer in-office, personalized procedures and customized medications to give you more energy, decrease stress, and detoxify your body. Using your Vita-ID as a guide, our medical team can address your unique health needs to increase your vitality and rejuvenate your life. 4. Follow Up

At Aqua Vitae your in-office consultation and treatments are just the start of your overall optimization. You will be assigned a Patient Advocate whose sole task is to guide you through this transformation. TYPES OF JUVEDERM TREATMENTS

JUVÉDERM® ULTRA XC

Juvederm Ultra XC is best for the facial tissue around the nasolabial folds that go from the nose to the mouth, these are commonly called laugh lines or smile lines. It’s also great for lip lines, corners of the mouth, wrinkles of the cheeks, forehead, and lip enhancement. Juvederm XC can essentially be used wherever necessary and contains lidocaine to improve comfort during the injections.

JUVÉDERM® VOLLURE XC

Juvederm Vollure XC is used to treat moderate to severe lines in the lower face, specifically lines around the sides of the mouth, nasal labial folds and marionette lines. Juvederm Vollure XC provides you with results that last up to 18 months.

JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA

Perfect for people who have experienced a visible decrease in cheek volume, sagging of the cheeks, or the loss of noticeable contour around the chin, Juvederm Voluma is specifically formulated to add volume to the face around the cheeks and chin. This is the only injectable gel that provides a subtle, natural enhancement to the mid-face and addresses changes in definition that occur over time. It works to help restore a more youthful contour by plumping up the areas that often lose volume as part of aging. It can also return a firmer shape to the jaw line when some softening has set in. JUVÉDERM Voluma is not only an effective treatment method, but it’s also long lasting. In many patients, the results will last up to 18 months.

JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA XC

Juvederm Volbella XC is designed to restore a natural-looking lip volume and fill in the lines around the mouth, resulting in a smooth mouth area without ever giving you “duck lips.” It’s the only dermal filler clinically proven to last up to 12 months with a single treatment, longer than any other dermal fillers available today. Volbella is formulated with an innovative technology that keeps swelling to a minimum and the super-fine needles reduce swelling and bruising significantly. Plus Volbella contains Lidocaine, a painkilling anesthetic, making this procedure virtually painless.

TREATMENT METHOD

Administration

Juvéderm is inserted into the skin via a small needle, instantly giving your face a youthful plump. While products contain the local anesthetic lidocaine to help lessen discomfort during injection, the physician may choose to numb the site prior to injection. While recovery time varies for each person, it typically takes about two weeks for the skin to heal.

Duration

The treatment takes anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the area. Some people may need a second dosage nine months after the initial injection.

Effectiveness

Results may last from 9 to 18 months, depending on the type of Juvederm applied.
